Peter Etril Snyder sketches

Acclaimed artist Peter Etril Snyder captures the history of Ontario in his drawings. This Mennonite-reared, Waterloo-born artist has exhibited his style through original paintings, murals, limited edition reproductions, collector plates, books and posters. Snyder is a Paul Harris Fellow, a member of the Waterloo Region Hall of Fame, and the recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Northern River is a 1914 - 1915 oil painting by Canadian painter Tom Thomson. The work was inspired by a sketch completed over the same winter, possibly in Algonquin Park. This printed replica is inspired by the original work from the "Images of Canada' Collection.
